“Increase Your Intimacy – Improve Your Skills”

Intimacy involves feelings of emotional closeness and connectedness with another person and the desire to share each other’s innermost thoughts and feelings. Intimate relationships are characterized by attitudes of mutual trust, caring, and acceptance.

This six-session coaching program is for individuals who’d like to skill-up with regards to relationship skills. Expect to take a well-validated and highly-reliable psychological assessment. We’ll spend all 6 sessions highlighting your strengths so that you’ll know precisely what to zero-in on when you’re interacting with others you’d like to get to know better.

Communicating feelings and understanding emotions helps you to cultivate depth in any relationship. Empathy leads a couple toward a mutually satisfying relationship but still doesn’t ensure one. Finding solutions to issues when emotions are involved moves you toward being able to spend more time enjoying each other and less time-fighting.

“Lead your most important relationships from mere companionship to real intimacy.”

As an Executive coach and licensed Psychologist, I assist professionals, individual entrepreneurs, and corporate clients with interests and challenges related to personal and professional development. Posts reflect client concerns and actions. You don't need to be an executive to secure coaching for yourself, but you should have a degree of ambition. Strategizing on how your career or life might improve and move forward takes time for reflection, either on your own or through dialogue. Opportunity is required to reflect well upon new and detailed information regarding your strengths and weaknesses. Sound consideration leads to a strategy that produces informed action, which precedes success. Wear your strengths like a badge of honor & be cautious of areas you may tend to error in.
