You’ve experienced anxiety and depression before. You don’t want that again. So start with Extreme Self-care and don’t stop there, just because you’ve started to feel a little better. Keep going. Develop your soft skills and of course, learn which ones you’re most effective with, and use them. Don’t worry. Instead, of dwelling on symptoms, let’s talk about having a strengths-focused strategy for yourself and how it will work for you personally. Ask yourself “what’s most important to me?“
Life wasn’t meant to be so painful. Get to know those who you’re attracted to, then fall in love with them and your life. Don’t let a sexual relationship become a priority over really getting to know someone first. Sharpen your “soft skills“ by focusing on your personal strengths. Challenge yourself to learn more about your strengths and vulnerabilities, first. Others will naturally be encouraged to take more steady notice of what you’re doing and what you have to say, and start treating you better. Get to know your personal needs by developing them in yourself. This is the nature of Personal Counseling.
You know you’re unhappy about something in your career. Something has got to change. But what? Listen closely to your emotions. Don’t freak out about them. Just listen and wonder what they’re asking you to do. Talk about it and reflect. Then make a prudent and informed decision, with confidence.

If you’d prefer an in-person session, know that we also offer this alternative at all of our locations. Sanitisation and proper distancing procedures are in place for your safety and comfort. Wearing a mask is mandatory in reception and all hallway areas, but NOT in our private offices.
